Our Netherlands Capital Markets department is a diverse team of experts engaged in various activities, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and debt offerings for our clients. As a (part-time) member of the NL Capital Markets team, you will engage in a wide range of services related to our clients' capital markets activities. You will work on diverse projects with notable clients, collaborating with colleagues and clients both nationally and internationally. Our team is dynamic, well-connected, and experiencing significant growth.
Responsibilities – How Can You Make a Lasting Impact in a Rapidly Changing World?
- Besides having a role as part of our professional practice department and setting standards and providing guidance, the team is involved in the execution of our Capital Markets assurance services at EY.
- Within the team, you will be involved with (complex) activities with exposure to (senior) EY colleagues, clients, lawyers, and investment banks.
- You will support other team members and will be coaching less experienced persons.
- Additionally, the team is involved in, amongst others, providing support to EY colleagues in other countries, related advisory work, audits of entities with listed debt, US audit related matters, green bond assurance, and extended assurance services.

- (Future) RA or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of (relevant) experience

Our office in Amsterdam is located on the Zuidas: a bustling area where many companies are based. In our Cross Towers, as many as 1000 people are welcomed daily. Haven't had breakfast yet?
