Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic and growing Private Equity investment portfolio? As a Portfolio Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring optimal portfolio management, digital transformation, and contributing to the success of PGGM.
Your mission is clear: to curate, analyze, and optimize the Private Equity investment portfolio. You'll be the portfolio analyst behind the scenes, ensuring timely, accurate, and comprehensive portfolio management, data management and reporting. Dive into the world of PGGM's data landscape, where you'll not only map out the portfolio but also implement streamlined controls. Your expertise in identifying and classifying critical data will be the driving force behind this transformation. But that's not all – you'll be the go-to person for translating business requirements into IT solutions, collaborating with our international Private Equity team, engage in change projects, monitor progress, and play a key role in implementing Data solutions.
Your Impact
Are you a finance professional with a passion for data and Private Equity investments? This is your chance. Bring your 1-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, coupled with your affinity for Data and Private Equity.
- Develop compelling reports and presentations in both Dutch and English, showcasing your analytical talent.
- Facilitate the quarterly review process, providing insightful ad-hoc analyses upon request.
- Act as a valuable partner in investment administration, cash management, IT, and more.
Jouw afdeling binnen PGGM
PGGM Private Equity is a leading global private equity investor which invests c. €3bn annually and has c. €20 billion of assets under management. It has a mandate to invest globally in private equity funds, co-investments and secondaries. The team invests in funds of top-tier private equity managers and co-invests with these fund managers directly in buyouts, with a global, well-diversified portfolio. The team consists of 30+ FTEs with backgrounds in private equity, investment banking and consulting. The team is diverse, young, ambitious, international and will continue to grow over the next years.
The Private Equity team is based in PGGM’s office in Zeist, The Netherlands. PGGM has an emphasis on responsible investments and impact, transparency, governance and costs.

Your Profile
- Completed HBO/WO education in business/economics/control.
- Affinity with Investments and IT (Private Equity experience is a plus).
- Experience with databases (SQL and Python is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Proficient in both English and Dutch.
